With the support Université Côte d’Azur through the Academy of Complex Systems, this CNRS Thematic school will

  1. Underline universality of theoretical approaches aimed at describing nonlinear waves in various physical contexts
  2. Provide the necessary tools to contribute to the developement of theoretical, numerical and experimental study of complex systems and waves
  3. Present recent developement and perspectives along several axis including waves and turbulence in astrophysics, quantum fluids, surface waves…

When and Where:

Topics

Topics include foundational lectures on wave turbulence, solitons and collapses, domain-specific application lectures on a variety of physical systems and shorter seminars connecting lectures to current research. For more details, see the program page.
