The idea of universal behavior in the neighborhood of non-thermal fixed points can successfully describe many different out-of-equilibrium phenomena in a generalized way. A paradigmatic example of far-from-equilibrium dynamics for which this universal description is predicted is the turbulent quantum regime in quantum fluids [1]. In this work, we will carry out the observation of the universal dynamics of a Bose-Einstein condensate 87Rb (BEC) out of equilibrium that is driven to reach a turbulent regime. By performing a scale analysis of the distribution of the evolutionary moment in time n(k,t), we intend to identify a self-similar universal behavior. Far-from-equilibrium fields can give rise to universal behavior signaled by the infrared scaling property of the distribution functions.
